How to Place an Order
SHENGQUN works as an OEM / ODM acoustic component manufacturer (since 2003). Orders flow through four clear steps:
- Inquiry. Send your drawings, target parameters or reference samples to dgshengqun@gmail.com. Include application, enclosure size, rated impedance, rated power and any certifications required.
- Sample & NPI. We confirm specifications and ship pre-production samples (or free reference samples for listed stock models) for evaluation.
- Pre-production & pilot run. For new tools / custom cavities, we run a pilot batch and share inspection records before mass production.
- Mass production & QC. 100% electrical sorting plus pass rate and reliability checks, then on-time shipment to your warehouse.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) & Lead Time
MOQ and lead time vary by model and configuration. As a general rule of thumb:
- Stock listed models can start with small trial quantities.
- Custom OEM / ODM speakers (custom cavity, material, terminal or SMD package) follow an engineering-driven batch plan.
- Samples are available before you commit to volume.

Payment & Terms
Commonly accepted terms include T/T, L/C and others tailored to the buyer's region. Certificates and inspection documents can be provided with the shipment as required by your purchase agreement.
