Lead time depends on whether the project uses stock tooling or a new custom cavity. As a general guide:
- Listed stock models: shortest lead time, usually with flexible trial quantities.
- Custom OEM / ODM projects: includes specification confirmation, tooling / sample, pre-production pilot and production planning.
- Samples: dispatched as soon as they pass inspection.

Production Capacity
Our manufacturing lines are sized to support steady OEM / ODM replenishment without compromising first-pass pass rate. Anniversary figures are available on request from the sales team.
Shipping & Packaging
- Foam trays, cartons and pallets protect speakers during transit.
- We ship via sea freight, air freight and international express, and can arrange door-to-door delivery.
- Custom packaging (customer logo, artwork) can be prepared for volume orders.
